Mr. Douple has been practicing law in the Dayton, Ohio area for over forty years. His primary practice is in the area of probate administration of estates and guardianships and in the area of estate planning including the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and related documents. Mr. Douple has handled many small to very large estates, guardianships and trusteeships throughout the State of Ohio.
Mr. Douple received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Masters degree in Economics from Ohio University, and his J.D. from Ohio State University.
Mr. Douple is a member of the Dayton and Ohio Bar Associations and the Probate and Estate Planning committees of both associations.
